It’s hard to believe, but it’s been just over 15 years since I first launched GameSim. It started at scacchoops.com and not long after moved to its own site. What began as a side project has grown into something that people not only enjoy but also find useful, and that’s been a lot of fun to see.
Today is a big milestone for GameSim. Running the site across five different domains turned out to be both confusing for users and tricky to manage. The next step is bringing everything together under one roof. That starts today with the launch of the new home for GameSim at MyGameSim.com.
Along with the new domain, you’ll notice a fresh design I’ve been working on the past few months. I’m excited about how it turned out, and I think you’ll like it too. Beyond the look and feel, there are some new features worth pointing out:
The site navigation is now organized by sport. Sports that are in season get the spotlight in the main menu, while offseason sports are grouped under “More.”
GameSim+ subscribers can get an early start on the 2025 college football season, with simulations available for most FBS teams.
A new Start or Sit feature is live for MLB and NFL, with NBA support coming soon. This should be a great tool for both DFS players and fantasy leagues.
